It’s May! That means that in my part of the world the days are getting shorter, the weather colder, windier and wetter, and winter is coming. These days are perfect to stay at home, crank up the heat, and spend the day happily crafting away! On the other side of the world, where much of my family lives, May is when Spring comes into it’s full glory – flowers are blooming, days are getting longer, the weather is warming up and all things feel new again. But what else makes May so special for people who love scrapbooking and cardmaking? Let me tell you! May is also when all things are new again in the world of Stampin’ Up!
- May is when the new annual catalogue is released. So many exciting new products to choose from!
- May is when the new In Color collection is released.
- May is when there are amazing specials for joining the Stampin’ Up Demonstrator family.
So read on to find out more and to get links to the digital version of the new catalogue!
New 2025-2026 Annual Catalogue
The new catalogue is out now! You can download it HERE or by clicking the picture below. Stampin’ Up! are now increasing their range of scrapbooking products too so there’s something for all papercrafters!
All products from the new catalogue are now on the website ready to be ordered. In addition to catalogue items, don’t forget to check out the “Online Exclusives” – products that are not in the catalogue and are available for a limited time only – and the “Last Chance Products” – items that are being retired permanently and are available while stocks last. You can pick up some good bargains there!

2025-2027 In Color Collection

The new In Color Collection is now also available. These colours are so beautiful; adding either depth or a pop of colour to your projects. Of course, the genius of Stampin’ Up! colour collections is that each colour has a whole range of products that coordinate with it – paper, patterned paper, ink pads, ink refills, Stampin’ Write markers, Stampin’ Blends (alcohol) markers, ribbon, and embellishments. Check out the new collection now!

A note about Cloud Cover… there has been a manufacturing issue with the Cloud Cover ink pad. The chemistry needed to create the colour reacted unexpectedly with the pad in the ink pad creating an inconsistent colour between inkpads. At this point the full size ink pad for this colour has been withdrawn from sale. However…there are two ways to still get this ink for your collection:
- Purchase the bundle of ink spots (smaller than our normal ink pads) that includes Cloud Cover. You can find this HERE.
- Purchase the Cloud Cover ink refill (which you can do some awesome effects with on its own) AND an unfilled inkspot pad. Simply add the ink refill to the pad. You can find those products HERE and HERE.

DEMONSTRATOR BENEFITS
Whether you want to be a hobby demonstrator to get the discount for your own use, or want to build a business to share your love of crafting with others, there’s a lot of good reasons to join my team!
- Get 20%–25% off all Stampin’ Up! Products.
- Exclusive early access to new products.
- Access to regular promotions, giving you an opportunity to contact customers.
- Learn creative tips and techniques, share ideas, and come into contact with new friends and teammates who love papercrafting as much as you do!
- and so much more!
So, what is a “Hobby Demonstrator”?
The term “Hobby Demonstrator” isn’t an official Stampin’ Up! term but it’s one we use frequently anyways. It refers to someone who becomes a demonstrator just for the personal benefits without wanting to make it into a ‘business’. There are so many SU hobby demonstrators around the world – we even have facebook groups for this! I started my SU journey as a Hobby Demonstrator. I never intended it to be a ‘business’ – I just wanted the then new 2022-2024 InColor collection which I got for free in the month I signed up… and I wanted the personal discount on future purchases. I was totally surprsied that I also picked up a few customers and some other Hobby Demonstrators so now I have a fun team that you can be part of!
To retain your Independent Demonstrator status with Stampin’ Up! requires quarterly sales of 300 csv. CSV stands for Commissionable Sales Volume, and is the measure used and can be converted using a formula into local currency – which for us is Australian Dollars. This conversion factor changes from time to time due to the fluctuation in the world currency market. Right now (as of 7 May 2025), the conversion factor for Australia is 0.6415. So your quarterly minimum sales (including your own purchases) would be $467.65.
So what happens if you just want to be a hobby demonstrator and join for the free products and personal discount but you are not sure you can make that minimum quarterly sales target? Don’t worry, there are no penalties. If you miss the target one quarter, you get an extra month to make it and if you don’t, you will lose your Independent Demonstrator status. However, you can rejoin at any time by purchasing a new ‘starter kit’ which is normally $169 for $239 worth of products (Australian currency). There isn’t even a waiting period to rejoin as long as you rejoin with the same Team Leader (that would be me!).
So even if you want to get the starter kit and take advantage of this current offer, you aren’t under any pressure to keep selling or buying.
Whether you are joining as a hobby demonstrator or to create a serious business or anything in between, I am here to support you throughout your journey.

NEW STAMPIN’ REWARDS PROGRAM

Stampin’ Up! have launched a new Rewards Program but kept the old name. The new program allows you to earn 10% of your qualifying products on orders over $35.00 AUD (yes, even if you’re an independent demonstrator!) towards your next order. No more need to host a party and hope the sales are enough for you to get what you want. Rewards you earn on your purchases are good for 12 months, so you can save them up to buy something special or use them on each next order to reduce the cost.
Here’s how it works:
- If you order over $35 (AUD) worth of qualifying commissionable products (this is most products in the catalogue but excludes some things like demonstrator supply items), you earn 10% of your qualifying purchases to redeem as Stampin’ Rewards on future orders.
- To calculate rewards, the system starts with the commissionable merchandise subtotal (before the order discount/commission is applied if you are a demonstrator) and subtracts any applied Stampin’ Rewards or coupon codes. This is the qualifying commissionable total used to determine the 10% rewards amount. Then, taxes and shipping are applied, based on location. Once the minimum qualifying amount is met, rewards are earned on the entire order, not just the amount beyond the minimum.
To start earning your Stampin’ Rewards, make sure to create an online account when you shop and make sure you ‘opt in’ for the rewards program. If you don’t opt in or you check out using a guest account, you won’t earn any Stampin’ Rewards. So if you don’t already have an account, sign up for one and opt in today!
