Easter Cardmaking Inspiration + My Favourite Embossing Powder Tip

There’s something about the change of seasons that always makes me want to head straight into the craft room — and with Easter approaching, it felt like the perfect time to refresh my supplies and start planning some handmade cards.

In today’s video, I’m unboxing a selection of Stampin’ Up! products that are ideal for Easter and any cardmaking that evokes a bright, happy, fresh feeling. From beautiful papers, stamps, and dies to embellishments and creative possibilities, this haul is all about inspiration for seasonal crafting.

If you enjoy making handmade cards, you’ll know that half the joy is imagining all the different ways new supplies can come together — soft pastel palettes, layered textures, delicate embellishments, and those little finishing touches that make a card feel truly special.

This unboxing gives a closer look at the products I’ll be using in upcoming Easter projects, along with some thoughts on how they might work for different card styles and techniques.

A Practical Craft Room Hot Tip ✨

Make sure you watch right through to the end of the video, because I share one of my favourite craft room hacks — a simple but incredibly effective tip for storing and using embossing powders.

Heat embossing is one of those techniques that creates stunning results… but it can also be messy and frustrating if your powders aren’t behaving! This small change has made a big difference in my own crafting workflow, helping achieve cleaner results and making embossing far more enjoyable.
